Pricing
At your initial appointment, we will go through an extensive psychiatric evaluation and work towards diagnosis and treatment plan. We will discuss functional labs to consider. Pharmacogenetic testing may be completed in office and sent for processing. Your next appointment will be an initial follow-up. During this appointment, we will review your lab results, review lab findings (if ordered), discuss nutritional deficiency/supplementation, discuss lifestyle modifications etc. Subsequent appointments will be made as needed as we monitor your progress with the treatment plan.

Accepted Insurances
Integrative and Reproductive Psychiatry:Self-pay (cash-based); not covered by insurance. This model allows for morepersonalized time with your provider, greater privacy over your medicalrecords, more flexibility, and improved treatment outcomes.
I understand that Kavah Wellness Psychiatry is in network with select insuranceplans for conventional psychiatry services, including medication management. I acknowledge that integrative, holistic, and functional psychiatry services arenot covered by insurance and are offered as self-pay (cash-based) services.
