Pricing

At your initial appointment, we will go through an extensive psychiatric evaluation and work towards diagnosis and treatment plan. We will discuss functional labs to consider. Pharmacogenetic testing may be completed in office and sent for processing. Your next appointment will be an initial follow-up. During this appointment, we will review your lab results, review lab findings (if ordered), discuss nutritional deficiency/supplementation, discuss lifestyle modifications etc. Subsequent appointments will be made as needed as we monitor your progress with the treatment plan.

Initial Psych Evaluation

For new patients.
Comprehensive evaluation, lab testing, integrative approaches, medication management, psychotherapy, treatment planning.

Includes:

For established patients. Extended initial review of treatment plan include: lab review, interventions, medication management and/or psychotherapy.

Accommodations (ESA Letters)

We understand the value of emotional support animals (ESA) for your mental health, and we are here to support you. We are happy to provide ESA letters as needed, with an administrative fee of $99.The letter will be made available within 72 hours of payment.
